PolyBounce 4020 is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane (PUR) binder designed for the hand installation of small rubber surfacing areas. It is ideal for playgrounds, repairs, and multipurpose sports areas using recycled rubber or EPDM granules.
Its medium viscosity ensures excellent workability with minimal run-off, while the fast-reacting formula enables short application times—perfect for smaller areas. The binder forms strong, resilient bonds, ensuring a durable surface even under heavy use. Although yellowing may occur under sunlight, this does not affect performance. For UV stability in coloured EPDM finishes, an aliphatic binder such as PolyBounce 4090 or 6090 is recommended.
