PolySBR 4010 is a high-quality recycled rubber granulate produced from 100% end-of-life truck and bus tyres. With a finer 1–4mm particle size and irregular B3-classified shape, it’s ideal for use in playground base systems and bonded rubber mulch applications where smoother compaction and easy mixing are required.
Manufactured using ambient size reduction, PolySBR 4010 delivers reliable drainage, good flexibility, and long-term durability when combined with PU binders. It is fully compliant with PAS 107:2012 and the Quality Protocol for Tyre Derived Rubber Materials, and has been independently tested for PAH safety, heavy metal migration (EN71-3), and toxicological standards.
