PolyBounce EPDM Black (EP1040BL4) is a high-quality recycled EPDM granulate, produced from clean, factory-generated automotive waste such as door seals and wiper extrusions. It contains no tyre rubber or SBR materials, ensuring a clean, consistent and safe finish—ideal for playgrounds and sports surfaces.
This angular 1–4mm rubber crumb offers excellent performance as a wearing layer for wet pour systems. It can be used as part of a two-layer system or independently as a single-layer installation (minimum 20mm depth recommended).
PolyBounce EP1040BL4 is sulphur-cured, mineral-filled and highly durable. For optimal results, priming is recommended to promote strong adhesion—particularly at perimeters or in single-layer applications.
